You have several years of experience in project management and want to do more than run projects organisationally - you want to shape them substantively? At nexusX you take responsibility for demanding client projects and develop viable solutions together with us.
Your role
You steer projects from planning to delivery: you coordinate everyone involved, keep goals, deadlines and quality in view, and make sure everyone knows where the project stands. At the same time you bring in your experience substantively, question processes and support key decisions.
Typical projects here are the introduction of a new CCM platform at an insurer, the realignment of output management, or organisational change up to M&A and reorganisation projects. Tasks, questions and counterparts vary accordingly.
On strategic topics you work directly with the founders. As your experience grows, you develop your role toward consulting: you take on your own client responsibility, lead workshops and contribute to proposals and new topics.
What you bring
- At least five years of experience in project management, confident with the common project management methods and tools. A certificate (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA) is welcome; what counts is your practical project experience.
- You can structure complex requirements and model processes clearly.
- You communicate confidently across all levels, from the specialist department to executive management. Very good German and business-fluent English are required.
- You steer several parallel projects in a structured and reliable way.
- Experience in customer communications management is a plus, not a requirement. A large share of our projects has a CCM focus - you should bring an interest in the topic.
How we work
On-site assignments with clients are part of the role. Beyond that you work remotely or in our office in Bamberg. Personal exchange within the team matters to us; relocating is not required for it.
